Awards Certificates

For each winning entry (Award for Excellence and Honorable Mention), SOPA provides one complimentary certificate to the winner or winning team.

Winners requesting additional certificates, please complete the Google Form.

For overseas requests, certificates will be mailed without frames. Depending on the destination, we will advise the applicable shipping cost, which must be prepaid via PayPal before dispatch.

Certificate Reprints

Requests for certificate reprints will be accepted up to two months after the Awards Ceremony (i.e., until August 17, 2026). To request a reprint, please complete the Google Form and provide the following information:

  • Full Name
  • Company Name (if requesting on behalf of a company)
  • Mailing Address and Telephone Number
  • Number of Copies Required

Fees:

  • HKD 360 per certificate for delivery within Hong Kong
  • HKD 550 per certificate for delivery outside Hong Kong

Payment Methods: Bank Wire Telegraphic Transfer (TT) or PayPal

NOTE:
*Reprinted certificates will be provided without frames.
The fee for overseas requests includes standard postage and handling.

Certificate Amendments and Name Changes
For requests involving name changes or other amendments to certificates, supporting documentation must be submitted to sopawards@sopasia.com for verification against the original entry records.

Fees:
A fee of HKD 800 per certificate will apply for any reprint or amendment request that is not the result of an administrative error by SOPA.
